What a wild weekend
The wild card weekend in the NFL playoffs gave us some wild finishes.
Sunday at frigid Lambeau Field San Francisco beat Green Bay 23-20 on a Phil Dawson game winning 33-yard field goal. Its the second straight year the 49ers have beaten the Packers in the playoffs.
New Orleans finally won a road playoff game beating Philadelphia 26-24 on Shayne Graham game winning kick. The Colts engineered the second greatest comeback in playoff history overcoming a 38-10 deficit to beat Kansas City 45-44. The Colts and Andrew Luck faces Tom Brady and the Patriots on Saturday night.
The Chargers bolted past Cincinnati 27-10. Andy Dalton was awful for the Bengals committing three turnovers. So now the Denver Broncos face AFC West rival San Diego. The Chargers backed into the playoffs but now own a five game winning streak.
Seattle, the NFC's top seed, will now get a visit from the New Orleans Saints for the second time this year. The first meeting between the two sides was a 34-7 victory in favor of the home team.
The Carolina Panthers will host the red hot 49ers. Also a rematch, the Panthers beat the 49ers by a 10-9 margin in Week 10.
